It’s been a busy month between work, school starting and trying to enjoy the end of the summer as much as possible. Here are a few photos of some snacks and meals on the go. I love deviled eggs and bacon for a quick weekend snack when I need some protein. Another photo is a fabulous brunch of a chorizo spinach omelette from San Chez Cafe, an example of a daily lunch (with too many baggies – I was out of Tupperware), and some delicious glazed pecans with maple syrup, cinnamon, and coconut crystals. I’m going to try these with honey instead as they were definitely sweet and made my blood sugar spike.
