Hot Ham Roll-Ups (Gluten Free)

I attempted to Paleo-fy a recipe that looked oh so delicious to me and it turned out really well! I used a box of Chebe Garlic Onion Breadstick mix and prepared it as directed (without dairy) and rolled it out like a square pizza crust between two sheets of parchment paper. I covered the dough with deli ham. I rolled it up and cut it into slices like cinnamon rolls. I put each roll-up in a pie pan. On the stovetop I melted a 1/2 cup of real butter (this could be substituted if you want to go dairy free), 1 1/2 tablespoons of molasses, 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar, 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon of coconut amminos, and 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds. I drizzled the glaze over the ham roll-ups and baked them for 25 minutes at 375 degrees. They were amazing!
