Breakfast

  • Hard-Boiled Eggs
  • Raw Nuts, Dried Cranberries, Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips
  • Bacon
  • Fresh Fruit
  • Applegate sausages
  • Eggs! (over easy, scrambled, omlettes, and much more)
  • Paleo Bread Toast (I use Against All Grain Bread)
  • Sweet Potato Hashbrowns
  • Pancakes
  • French Toast

Lunch

  • Paleo Bread Sandwich
  • Veggies and Paleo Ranch Dip
  • Unsweetened Apple Sauce Cup
  • Banana
  • Pecans and Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips Mix
  • Deviled Eggs
  • Fruit
  • Egg salad
  • Naked Sandwich (I put high quality deli meat, lettuce, mayo, tomato, red onion in a bowl)
  • Sweet Potato Chips
  • Homemade baked goodies (Chocolate chip cookies, blueberry muffins, brownies)
